Terms of sale & refunds
Please take a minute to read how payment, delivery and support work. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Scope
These terms cover digital modpacks and custom services bought on creepforge.com, provided by Lighthouse MC Studio.
What you buy
Modpacks are digital content for Minecraft Java Edition. Included mods remain the property of their authors; we provide the selection and integration, tuning, localisation, testing and technical support. Purchases are for personal use only — please don’t resell or redistribute them.
Prices & payment
Checkout is paid with PayPal in US dollars (USD); the amount shown at checkout is what you are charged. KRW and CNY prices are separate list prices for browsing.
Delivery
After payment, download details are emailed to you and shown on your order page. Automatic products arrive instantly; products sent by hand arrive within 24 hours.
No refunds
Everything we sell is digital content or a custom service, so orders can’t be refunded, returned or exchanged once placed. Please check the game version, loader and system requirements before buying. Payment errors such as a duplicate charge are the exception: once confirmed, the extra amount goes back to your original payment method.
Tested to run, with support
Every modpack is tested in-game before release and confirmed to run. If it won’t start, crashes or shows errors, contact support and we’ll troubleshoot with you one-on-one, fixing it by remote session if needed. Issues with a custom service within the agreed support period are fixed free of charge.

Email your order number and the issue (screenshots or error logs help) to contact@mcmod.site. We reply within 2 business days.
